The very first piece? A free oven from Facebook Marketplace. We collected it, cleaned it, sold it for £150 — and realised opportunity is everywhere if you’re willing to look for it.
Next came a free wardrobe. Sold for £130.
Then another piece. And another.
What started as simple flipping quickly became a mission to build capital from nothing. Every pound made went straight back into the next opportunity. Slowly, stock grew. So did belief.

 

We rented a small garage to store furniture — our first real base. That’s where the operation became serious. Stock increased. Turnover increased. Vision expanded.
The landlord and we got talking. He’d previously upcycled furniture and told us how profitable it could be. He offered us space in his house to store and work on pieces — and that’s when the business evolved again.
